It's a lovely space that we've worked hard on and look forward to sharing with you. You have the whole upstairs, and there are two studios downstairs (so total three residences on the property), all designed and built for comfort and privacy. Guest access House, deck, wine cave, hot tub, gym all ready for you to enjoy! Please be aware garage is not a private space for you, it's a huge space though and you have access to two car spaces in the garage. My cleaning team uses it for supplies and my other guests in the guesthouse use it for laundry. (You have your own private laundry upstairs.) Other things to note Please no parties/events. Some pets allowed on request, sorry we cannot allow dogs that bark. No pets to be left alone in the house. Quiet hours (10pm-7am): Strictly enforced with minut noise sensors. Max number of cars allowed: 2. Please no additional cars. New 220v EV charger added too! BYO cable/adapter. Max number of guests: 4. Wi-Fi is not “office grade” we are a rural property and use Starlink, but it is pretty good wifi for the area. There are external security cameras at this property. I have recommended local babysitters, chefs, drivers and concierge service that I can connect you to if interested in extra services during your stay.
