Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and additionally in the social area you will find a restaurant which has hours from Monday to sunday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm You can also enjoy the incredible pool with ocean views. And best of all, direct access to the beach from the main street of the complex! ⚠️During the winter season, it's common for sugarcane debris and other natural waste to accumulate along the shoreline due to the nearby mouth of the Achiguate River. Our team performs daily morning cleanups to keep the beach in the best possible condition for our visitors. Other things to note 🚨IMPORTANT: - Any modification in dates or cancellation can be made up to 5 days before the check in date. - On the road that leads to the accommodation you will find a stretch of dirt road, which in winter can be a bit complicated. However, it is completely passable and there is no problem for any vehicle. - In the rainy season, take into account that sometimes the beach may not be in a usable condition. - The cleaning fee that is paid in the reservation corresponds to the cleaning before and after your reservation. - Any request for early check in or late check out must be requested through Airbnb.] - Reservations outside of Airbnb are not accepted. - Any modification request or requirement must be made with your host through Airbnb. - Upon check-in you will be given 1 speaker which is the only one authorized for use in the property.
