When you enter the Loft you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment. Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit is a marvel to behold. The living area is very comfortable, clean and it offers a workstation. We have a queen size bed and a small clothing rack. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo. We offer a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle. Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer and kitchenette has no stove/oven, and no dishwasher. There is a mini split ac and it can be set between 68-78. Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers) Other things to note: **This is a private room in someone's home with independent access.
