We are conveniently located near the freeway and less than 10 miles to Churchill Downs. Our spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, an updated kitchen, a dining room with farm table and seating for 8, a large living space with a sectional couch and large flat screen tv with cable, Netflix, Kinect, and Xbox 360. We have a peaceful screened in porch with ample seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails! Our beautifully landscaped backyard has a spacious patio with dining space for outside meals.
