The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom; -LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, bookcase, dining table with chairs; - KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob (4 plates), mini-bar fridge, moka, electric kettle, both electric and microwave oven, kitchen utensils and glasses of wine; -BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, central heating, hairdryer, hot water, clothesline, iron and ironing board. NB: The apartment has a communal washing machine, therefore shareable. Finally, the apartment includes a large communal terrace furnished with outdoor table and chairs ATTENTION: To access the mezzanine bedroom and the bathroom it is necessary to climb a spiral staircase, for this reason children under 12 are not allowed. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the areas of the apartment .
