Our gorgeous, cosy, light and airy apartment in the heart of Greenpoint is available Dec 06 - Jan 18. It's a gem - it has been featured in home and architecture magazines and will ensure that your holiday/business trip is nothing but a pleasure. One month minimum stay, and if you stay the full period the price will be the same as one month!!! The space Well appointed beautiful kitchen/dining room with large dining table and a sunny nook for coffee in the mornings. Walk-in wardrobe. Washing machine and clothes line - no Sundays wasted at the laundromat! Fabulous white tile bathroom with cast iron bathtub, garden view, and morning sun. Great art on walls. Super comfortable lounge with afternoon sun. Plenty of good books to read. New Yorker subscription. Office with printer. Internet. Lush houseplants. Great lighting. A view of the Empire State Building through the trees. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen-size bed, and all linens are provided. We are renting to one person or a couple, or a one-child family by negotiation. There's a second small room that can be used as a kid's bedroom. Guest access The whole apartment is yours to roam.
