Oceanside Place is one of two units at this address and is a one level one bedroom apt with its own entrance and patio with seating . It is located in York Harbour on route 450 west of Corner Brook. The property borders a beach with very easy access and overlooks the bay of Islands. Sit and enjoy the view or walk the beach, it is a wonderful place to relax and unwind . You may also want to explore the many hiking trails in the area . The space Oceanside Place is a one bedroom with a DBL bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/ living room, small outdoor patio , large yard and sitting area with beautiful view of the bay . There is wifi at the premises but because fiber optic is not yet available I have copper connection. It runs max 7 Mbps and may not support video conference calling. Also note cel service is limited at my address but there is a landline you can use for local calls or for an emergency. There is also a wood burning fire pit on the property. It is a pet friendly property , thanks so much for being mindful of the area . Guest access Very easy access to the beach with a short pathway on the property to the beach . Other things to note The shoreline is excellent for Kayaking. You can use the look off deck seating area or the firepit , whichever is not being used by another guest . You also have your own small deck .
