The Sheriff has new powers to immediately evict all guests from any home if breaking these rules, there will be no refund of any remaining nights and security deposit will be withheld. the house has security cameras around its perimeter. 2. Only guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy. We provide the initial starter pack to help you on your first night that includes: 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 mini body wash, 1 mini shampoo, 1 mini conditioner, and 1 mini bar massage soap in each bathroom. 1 kitchen paper towel roll, 6 dishwasher pods, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this, including toilet roll and trash bags, are the guest's responsibility. We don't supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS Garbage must be collected and left in the containers that are next to the house in the bags provided. if you leave garbage inside the house, an extra fee of 50.00 usd will be charged. This house doesn't have a pool heater, please keep in mind before making the booking.
