Fully stocked, gourmet kitchen featuring pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and every spice you could think of! Tons of family friendly and adults only board games including awesome horse racing game, giant connect four, light-up cornhole game, and Kan-jam. Wood burning stove with large gated surround to protect any little ones. Plenty of firewood stocked by owner. First floor master bedroom with queen sized bed. Second floor has two bedrooms as well as twin size sleeping area. One bedroom has queen sized bed. One bedroom has a full bed with twin bed trundle and an additional toddler bed in the room. Third floor loft children’s play area with custom built ladder and gate, also has sleeping area for an additional two adults. Brand new balcony overlooking the entire back wooded area with access from sliding doors in each bedroom. Lower level has fourth bedroom with queen sized bed and sliding barn door to the on suite bathroom. Laundry room and game room also on lower level. All linens, towels and complimentary toiletries provided by owner. Plenty of extra comforters, blankets, sheets, towels, etc.. clean and on-site. Newly built screen room right in the middle of the massive wrap around deck with plenty of cozy seating as well as two dining tables and chairs! Extra large Weber gas grill on the deck with full propane tank for each rental. Two fire pits, including massive stone pit outback with seating for 8 and propane fire pit on the front deck surrounded by four rocking chairs. Backyard featured brand new children’s playground filled in with rubber mulch with airplane teeter totter, three swings and two slides. Zip line and handmade teepee! (Adult and children’s sized harnesses are provided.) Please do not use the zip line without using harnesses. Instructions for each harness in basement as soon as you walk in. Two x-large hammocks with fairy lights surrounding both outside. Five kayaks on site for guest use including three adult kayaks and two youth kayaks! Life jackets and beach towels provided as well! Valley View Lake within walking distance! You may kayak and swim in our lake at your own risk. No fishing allowed. No lifeguard on duty. There is a community pool next to the lake. Please note, guests are not allowed to use the pool. Guest access Entire house and property. Other things to note The beautiful village of Hawley offers fine and casual dining, antique shopping, river walk trails, parks, the award winning Wallenpaupack Brewery and also offers numerous activities and festivals throughout the year. Lake Wallenpaupack is a short drive away and boasts over 60 miles of shore line with tons of activities such as boating, fishing, water skiing, hiking and swimming. Quiet hours from 12:00 am until 8:00 am. Please be respectful of neighbors. Outside house lights must be turned off by midnight each night. Property is at the top of a steep driveway. During winter months, driveway is plowed within 12 hours of snow ending. Guests should have all wheel or four wheel drive in winter or else park at the bottom of driveway and walk up to house.
