Your cozy getaway begins in a newly redesigned condo with patio (there are stairs to get to villa), conveniently located between Lake Como and Lake Geneva in Interlaken Resort! Just a short peaceful walk to lake, restaurants, pool, tennis, volleyball, boat launch, small craft rentals, & more! The resort community is located by Lodge Geneva National, which adds additional restaurants and available amenities at an additional charge. Many local areas to explore & visit will await your arrival. The space As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a blend of comfort, style, and convenience. While redesigning this condo, I worked hard to keep in mind what would be ideal for our guests. It is designed as an open concept space, combining the warm & cozy great room area with 65" Smart TV, dining area & alley kitchen. Large windows with sliding glass door allows for natural light to illuminate the space. It also welcomes you to the outdoor patio with bistro table, chairs, loungers & solar lights to enjoy day & night! NOT a floor mattress, but the site took off Murphy Bed option. * Open Floor Plan Community Amenities: * Outdoor Pool (open seasonally), newly remodeled in 2021 * Sand Volleyball Courts * Tennis Courts * Boat Launch * Kayak Rentals Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen which includes: Stainless Steel Appliances, Keurig Coffee Maker, French Press, Kettle, Crock Pot, Blender, Toaster, Dishware & Flatware, Variety of Glasses, & Cooking Basics. Indoor Living: Gas fireplace, Smart TV's in family room & bedroom, cable in family room, dining table that seats 6, Queen bed in bedroom and Queen Murphy bed ...all in a well laid out open concept living area. General: Free fast WiFi, towels & linens, complimentary toiletries, & starter essentials. FAQ: Ring doorbell facing outside for your security. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 7am Parking: Free parking on Lausanne (many stairs outside to get to unit) or on Aspen (less stairs on Aspen). Guest access ✹ SELF CHECK-IN: Code will be sent the morning of check-in. Door handle has the Smart Lock on it. Bolt will open when code is entered (it takes a couple of seconds). Spare key is in lockbox in case of emergency. ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire condo located within Interlaken Resort. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of essentials, including toiletries. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles. Parking is available on Lausanne with steps up to the condo. Also, parking is available by building 80 Aspen, with steps down to the condo. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: Free, high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 337 Mbps) is available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the bedroom. ✹ NO PETS: Per HOA we have a no-pet policy. ✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: Enjoy free access to the community amenities of Interlaken Resort, including the pool (9AM to 8PM, between May and August), tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, boat launch, and more. Kayaks and paddleboard rentals are also available (season-dependent). Additional restaurants and amenities are located at Lodge Geneva National (formerly The Ridge Hotel, which guests can pay to use. Other things to note ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - the code is issued the morning of check-in. If there is a problem with the smart lock, please reach out and I will arrange access to a physical key. ✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests must be 23 years of age or older to book this property. We require guests to sign a rental agreement upon booking. A photo ID is required. ✹ Quiet hours operate between 10PM and 7AM. ✹ Lake Geneva and Fontana are ideal for peaceful getaways, with plenty to do for the more adventurous such as kayaking, boating, going to the beach, and exploring 21 miles of shoreline walking trails. The excitement doesn’t hibernate come winter – visit Lake Geneva in the colder months for skiing, concerts, ice castles, igloos, and more.
