The room, located on the mezzanine of a loft, is a great option for those looking for a quiet and very well located place, whether for work, study (postgraduate) or leisure. Next to Floripa Shopping and the Administrative Center, this accommodation is located on the Technological Innovation Route (which includes IT companies such as RD Station, ACATE, Impact Hub, among others). We are also in the UNIVALI, IPOG and CESUSC region. From various spaces in the loft, you can admire the sea of Baía Norte. The space With 16 square meters and plenty of natural lighting, the sleeping area has a double size bed, a large work bench and a sofa for reading or relaxing. The decor is contemporary and features a collection of works by prominent Brazilian artists. It is important to note that this space, by composing the last half floor of the house, allows the guest a view and integration with almost the entire loft. It has no air conditioning, only fans.
