Built in 1900, this cottage has a surprising open concept, beautifully bright front porch with windows all around, and a large side screened in porch. It has an updated kitchen and baths, with a first floor bath, and bed. Upstairs are 5 bedrooms! It is only 2 blocks from the lakefront, and the perfect location in Lakeside~ a close walk to the downtown area, the pool, or Perry Park and yet just far enough to boast some privacy. This home also has ample parking and a very large green yard! Other things to note Lakeside is a gated community for the 10 weeks of our summer season. So, while staying in Lakeside there are gates fees to get to this cottage. They pay for the almost nightly entertainment, life guards at the beach and pool, security, shuttles that operate all over lakeside for all who need them, grounds keeping and so much more!
