NO CLEANING FEES! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This private bedroom with separate entrance also has a private full bath. Aside from occasionally sharing the laundry space, this entire section of the home is yours to use while you’re our guests, to include your own fully equipped kitchenette! The property itself sits on 2 acres convenient to I95, 295 and Business 95 which offers quick and easy access to anywhere you want to go. The space Proximity to I95 and 295 as well as downtown and North Fayetteville has you minutes away from everything you need. Additionally, we’re only about 1 hour to Raleigh and 1.5 hours to the beach! On the property is 2 acres of land to roam as well as a canal that runs directly parallel to the driveway. Feel free to use a couple of fishing poles and try your luck at catching some fish in the canal! If zip lining is your thing, there’s a place for that about 10 minutes away and indoor skydiving is about 30 minutes away. Botanical Gardens and museums are all within 5-10 minutes drives. There’s a beautiful park and walking trail in Eastover about 2 minutes away and larger parks and walking trails a little further into town. There are local farmers markets and breweries and a TON of local restaurants and food trucks with cuisines from all over the world. The area also has several lakes to explore and if you’re in the mood for mountain views, you can reach those within about 2-3 hours drive. Whatever you like to do is all within your reach! Guest access Any of the outdoor spaces are open for guests to use. Additionally, the laundry room located in the house is also available to guests. During your stay We live in the property so we’re here if you need us but we’ll be happy to give you your space if you don’t! Other things to note We also live in the home and ask that you please be mindful of noise. There is a barn door that closes off access from your portion of the home to ours, but it is not soundproof. We will do our best to keep noise to a minimum as well!
