The space This 1 bedroom 1 bath home is freshly remodeled and painted, with brand new appliances, furniture, and all of the finishes. We optimized the space in this (appx. 500 sq. ft.) home by providing our guests with a fenced-in backyard (artificial grass), a furnished covered gazebo, an outdoor grill, and shed storage for your luggage and other items that do not need air-conditioned storage (photos to come). The home is centrally located in the heart of Orlando, City Beautiful. Close access to all the major highways (I-4, 408 E/W Expressway), just blocks away Orlando Health Hospital (downtown campus), Winnie Palmer, Arnold Palmer Hospital and around the corner from a myriad of other downtown medical facilities. Walking distance to SoDo (stores and restaurants), Wadeview Park and Boone High school, this home is also conveniently located about a mile way from downtown Orlando, Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, AMWAY Center, Lake Eola, Thorton Park, Church Street Station, and Delaney Park.
