The Lodge at Giants Ridge

The Lodge at Giants Ridge is an all-suite hotel. Each suite features 1 to 4 private bedrooms, comfortable living areas with flat screen cable TVs and large kitchenettes with a single induction cooktop, combination microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Kitchenettes are stocked with pans, dishes, glassware and utensils. The space Two-Bedroom Suite Just right for growing families and foursomes. Includes one private bedroom with a king-sized bed, one private bedroom with two double beds, a futon, Murphy bed or sleeper sofa in the living area, and two bathrooms. 925 square feet. Sleeps 8. Guest access The perfect destination for outdoor recreation. The Lodge is conveniently located at the heart of the Giants Ridge Recreation Area, home to the best and most diverse selection of outdoor recreation amenities Minnesota has to offer. In spring, summer and fall, golf two of the nation’s highest-ranked public golf courses, the Quarry and the Legend. Mountain bike on 8 lift-served, gravity-fed trails or enjoy ten miles of scenic single track. Or access 100+miles of the Mesabi bike trail. Scale the outdoor climbing wall (may be closed during COVID.) Bring your kayaks and paddle pristine Sabin and Wynne lakes. Or ATV the state’s only Off Highway Vehicle Park, featuring 35 miles of off-roading adventure for ATVs, side-by-sides, Jeeps and dirt bikes. In winter explore hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails, hop on the lifts and ski or snowboard 35 runs, or trek through the snowy woods on the multiple snowshoe trails. It’s all accessible right out our door! Other things to note The Sleeping Giant Restaurant & Bar is located inside the Lodge. The bar is open every day from 3-10 Sunday -Thursday and 3-11 pm Saturday and Sunday serving drinks and snacks. The restaurant is open from 3 pm to 10 pm Thursday – Sunday. Several other dining options are located nearby. Guest condos also feature full fridges, a microwave/convection oven combo, and a single convection hot plate, as well as dishes, pots and pans, silverware, sink and dishwasher. The Lodge gift shop features a limited amount of necessities, snacks, beverages and off-sale. SuperOne grocery store and the Little Brown Jug liquor store are conveniently located in Biwabik. Two outdoor grills and picnic tables are available for guest use. They are located off the back deck next to the fire pit area.
