The place has 2 master bedroom with private baths ( 2.5 baths) in a safe quiet neighborhood of Blue Springs/ Lake Tapawingo. We don't allow parties or event on this property. Any such events must be communicated to Host for special permission and evaluation . Our property is designed to allow maximum of 4 guest, any extra guest will need permission with potential extra fees. No smoking in or in 100 ft of property, we want to keep the unit smoke free and neutral for all our guest. Guest access Guest have access to all part of the unit and backyard.
