Close to everything Charleston has to offer - the marsh, the ocean, Avondale food and nightlife scene, the Angel Oak Tree, King Street and downtown, Folly Beach, James Island, West Ashley shopping- yet the property's Ocean Pine trees make it feel like a retreat. This is a ranch style home with an additional 750 square-foot bedroom with en-suite bathroom constructed in 2016, as well as a 500+square foot screened-in porch.
