No hidden fees! ❤️ We’ve designed our rental just the way we’d love to stay—comfortable and inviting! Our Cozy Casa runs on sunshine ☀️ and includes a Level 2 EV charger. It features two queen-size memory foam pillow-top beds with Egyptian cotton sheets and down blankets. Lightweight quilts are also available for warm sleepers. Each bedroom includes fans and white noise machines. We take pride in offering a clean, uncluttered space with only what we personally enjoy. Clean, calm, and cozy! The space Our Cozy Casa, built in 1921, provides a great home-base during your visit. It also runs on sunshine! ☀️ NEMA 14-50 outlet Level 2 EV charger in the driveway. There is a full kitchen with all the tools you need for cooking (oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer with an ice maker, dishwasher, pots/pans, mixing bowls, hand mixer, blender, strainer, measuring utensils, baking pans, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, & condiments). Coffee is provided for you. Free parking is available on the property for 2 vehicles fit in the driveway. You may also park in front on the street. Full sized washer & dryer are included with detergent. Bathroom includes a tub with a shower; towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Free Wifi of course. The living room & back bedroom have Smart TVs with Netflix provided. The backyard is fenced in. There is a gas grill available. A table with an umbrella (also lights up) & seating for 6 on the back patio. Oversized Connect4 to enjoy. Scrabble, playing cards, Jenga, Uno, coloring books with crayons, & children’s books provided. Driveway fits two vehicles. LGBTQ Friendly We are professionally cleaned. The total cleaning fee is provided to the cleaner. Your code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. All of the house & yard are available for your use. The property is not shared with anyone else. Other things to note Stairs are required to access both the front and back entrances. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment. Only confirmed guests are permitted on the property. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the home is left excessively dirty.
