The minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction. Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras: There is a camera located at the rear of the house that captures the pool and hot tub areas.
