Brand New Home ready for Hosting - Best Location

Semi furnished with mattress, closet, lights, table, microwave, private entrance. It’s a 4 bedroom home where two rooms are on Airbnb as well. Costco, Walmart, Foodmax, USPS, Pharmacy, Restaurants, Gas Stations, AMC, Mall, JC Penny, Avis, Budget, Enterprise are less than 5 mins walk inside the plaza touching the community. You can use laundry and kitchen and anything in the home. Bathroom is private Guest access First and very important rule: do not checkin and enter the house first time without informing me(host).. - All personal care products in the room are free to use - Personal sanitizing kit provided at no extra cost - No party or event in the room. - kitchen, washer dryer included in the stay - Do not spill any drinks on the carpet else it will be fined. - No guests allowed. - Guests must provide brief intro to the home owner like full name, purpose of visit and work place. - Must have goverment approved ID. - Community/home has lots of cameras so it’s very safe - No illegal sexual activity on house premises. - AC/Heater available and Ceiling fan is installed in the room - turn off all the light and electricity before leaving the house. - Any damage to the property by the guest, then guest will be solely responsible for the complete repairs. - No loud music in the house. - Door slamming not allowed at any time. Door should be closed gently by the guest... - Guest should follow garbage disposal rules - strictly prohibited from watching any illegal sites like child pornography or similar - Property is strictly a smoke free, drug free and pet free property. Marijuana / weed strictly prohibited on property or outside property. - Make sure if guest has any past history with bed bugs, they need to disclose it at the time of booking.
