ENTIRE home: 5 bedrooms/ 3.5 bathrooms

The host’s home is located in a very tranquil neighborhood. The home is extremely spacious. Conveniently located to local grocery stores, malls, cinema, parks and restaurants. The home is 15 minutes away from downtown Grand Rapids with Grand Haven and Holland each approx. 30 minutes away. The space On the upper level there is a master suite with a king bed. There is also a nursery with a crib. Additionally there is another bedroom on the upper level with a twin bed. There is an additional full bathroom on the upper level as well as a half bath in the laundry room. On the lower level there is a mother in law suite which has a set of bunk beds. The lower is a full bed and upper is a twin. There is a walk in closet leading to the bathroom. This is the only bathroom on the lower level. In the other bedroom there is a twin bed with ample space. There is a kitchenette on the lower level available to guests. Please be respectful of host and do not use the home office on the lower level unless prior collaboration has taken place. Thank you. Guests in the home may access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Additionally, the laundry room may be used if guests need to do laundry. An iron is available upon request. The sunroom has been renovated and guests are encouraged to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and soak up in a good book. Host do request no food be brought into the sunroom and that only adults bring beverages unless it is water. The front porch of the home provides for beautiful sunsets. Guest access Guests are asked to respect the privacy of the homeowners and only access the rooms in which they are utilizing. Hosts ask that guest do not enter the office unless prior approval is given. Else-wise, the whole house is available for usage. Other things to note Pets are permitted with prior approval. Guests may be asked to leave if pre-approval is not obtained (for pets). There is a $75 fee per pet due at arrival. No more than 2 pets permitted per HOA regulations.
