Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. This is a second floor private bedroom for rent in my townhome minutes from downtown. The bedroom features a queen size bed, desk, 32" tv, ac, mini fridge, microwave, two closets for clothes. The bedroom has a separate entrance so you will not need to travel through the house to get to your room. Room doors are keyed. The bathroom, kitchen, washer and dryer are shared. A very friendly medium size AmStaff lives here too. The space It is a small space but everything you need is close at hand. Bed, desk, compact fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. There is ac in room and a mounted TV. The bedroom I am my Dog occupy is at the opposite end of the hallway. It's far enough away for privacy but close enough to be social too. Guest access The full bath is shared and right outside of the rental space. You are welcomedto use the kitchen as well. My ask is that it is cleaned immediately after use so that it stays in a ready for use state. During your stay Feel free to use the Airbnb app to connect with me. I usually respond within an hour. I'm also open to interaction if you are. I won't crowd you space and will follow your lead as far as regular interaction.
