Semi-Private and cozy in-law apartment in the lower level of our year-round lake front home. The space includes a full kitchen, bedroom with private 3-piece bathroom and a living/dining combo. Step out from the apartment onto a large deck overlooking a 340 acre all-sports lake. Paddle boat and kayaks incl. Winter activities include proximity to Swiss Valley Ski Resort. (10 miles) 300 foot walk to evening dining and cocktails. 30 minutes to Kalamazoo and 50 minutes from South Bend, IN. The space Lower Level/Walkout Apartment. Guests have access to a large deck, yard with swing set, fire pit, dock, kayaks and paddle boat. Note* ceiling height in the apartment is 6'3"-6'6" Guest access We typically meet our guests upon arrival. If we are out of town I will send a code for a lock box.
