Owned and operated by NSA Enterprise LLC, this meticulously staged home is made for any renter to feel comfortable from the fully equipped kitchen to the high end furnishings all the way to a state of the art Hot tub spa fit for seven people. Arrival: You will be given a PIN code for the automatic door lock prior to your arrival that will be functional throughout the entire stay. The back door is a basic lock and deadbolt should the auto lock fail. It is recommended you take the key with you when leaving for the day to avoid any possible mishaps with the auto lock. *replacement keys fees are 5$ per key lost. Parking: You will enter the building at the side entrance closest to the driveway. You will be allowed 4 parking spaces closest to the building. The parking lot fits 6 cars. Please do not block more than 4 spaces, the remaining spots are for our full-time renters upstairs. Check in/out: Check-in times are after 4pm. Should you have any reason to arrive early you must notify the host prior to you arrival date for scheduling. The same protocols go for checkouts. Check-out is 11am, if you need a later time please contact the host before arriving. During check out please start the dishwasher and remove all trash from the premises and dispose of it in the appropriate trash/ recycling disposals. Trash day is Thursday morning, maintenance will take care of placing the cans at the road the night before. Maximum Occupancy: Our unit is designed to comfortably sleep up to 6 people. Base price is for 6 guests, any persons exceeding more than 6 will require an additional $10 per person per day. Because of the size and location of the unit we cannot accommodate more than 10 people at a time. You are provided with an adequate number of towels for your stay, 1 bath towel per guest listed as well as 1 beach towel per guest listed for hot tub use. There is a noise ordinance in effect with quiet hours starting at 12am-6am all 7 days a week. Pets on site: We do understand many of us would enjoy bringing our pets with us during the stay but unfortunately, we do not allow pets into the unit at this time. NO SMOKING: There is to be absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the unit. Doing so will result in an additional $120 cleaning fee. Kitchen/Dinning: The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove/oven combo, microwave, and dishwasher with detergent pods provided for you. Please feel free to use all kitchen amenities such as the slow cooker, Instapot, Kitchen Aid mixer, air fryer, toaster oven and Nutribullet blender. Don't forget the Keurig coffee machine with complimentary K-cups and a choice of tea. There is a wide range of spices at your disposal along with many other staples like salt, pepper, oil, salad dressings and condiments. The dining room table seats 4 comfortably with space to add chairs if needed. Living Room: The living room area seats a couch for 6 facing a 55" UHD Smart TV with a cozy electric fireplace center. Main bathroom/Laundry room: In the laundry room you will find an LG washer and dryer with appropriate detergents for your convenience. Liquid detergents go in the washer tray, Pods get placed directly in the drum. Please leave open after use. * Two rolls of toilet paper provided. Guest Bedroom/Office: Off the dining room, there is a main bedroom/office with a queen size bed, dresser, full size office desk with printer. HP printer is available for guest use. A 43" Smart TV is mounted on the wall as well. Primary Bedroom: The primary bedroom is a true getaway. Here you will find a queen size bed and custom made headboard. The blue sofa folds out into another queen size bed for additional sleeping or simply sit, read or watch tv with another 43" Smart TV in room. You will find ample storage with both a dresser and closet for clothes hanging. Step directly out to the patio with your own private entrance leading to the hot tub for those late night/ early morning soaks. *sleeper sofa linens, pillows and blankets are located in the dresser drawers. Primary Bathroom: The primary bathroom is located directly in your bedroom. This 4 piece washroom holds towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for showering. You will also find little touches like soaps, make-up towelettes, cotton balls, Q-tips as well. *Two rolls of toilet paper provided. AC/Heat: The AC unit is available between June 1st and October 1st. Please note the unit is to not go below 70 degrees. The remote on the wall controls the AC only. The heat is hot water radiators and is controlled by the smart thermostat on the wall. It is recommended to not turn the heat above 73 degrees. Should you need more heat there are space heaters for use in individual rooms. This helps prevent different individuals from feeling most comfortable throughout the stay. Instructions on how to operate the thermostat are posted on the wall. * Water radiators remain hot for an extended period of time even after turning down. Outdoor space: The grill is a 4 burner gas grill. Under the gazebo we have a billiard table with hanging lights. There is a 6 person dining table outside to enjoy the summer weather. There is also a picnic table should you need more space for more daily guests. Cozy up in this quaint seating area with an umbrella and propane fire pit provided. Corn hole setup can be found on the porch. * Grill and fire pit must be covered after cooling. * Pool table must be covered after use even though it is sheltered by the gazebo *You are provided 1 propane tank during your stay. Hot Tub: Unfortunately bluetooth speakers NOT available for guest use. Persons 5 years and younger are strongly discouraged from entering the hot tub spa. Any person 6-12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times (if the child cannot stand on their own in the deepest part of the tub they should not enter. Know your limits, prolonged exposure to the spa can result in but are not limited to dizziness, heat exhaustion, headache, chest pain, labored breathing, and heart attack. Toys are not permitted inside the tub. Glassware such as cups, plates, bottle etc are not allowed in the tub Only an adult should operate the keypad DO NOT add chemicals to the spa, should the tub need attention please contact host for maintenance. Tub chemicals are set prior to your arrival according to appropriate stats. Limit over splash of water. Excess water displacement can cause the tub motor to burn out. No more than 7 people should occupy the tub at one time. The tub must be covered and jets turned off after use ,no exceptions. * Hot tub is inspected prior to and after your departure. If something is broken please notify the host as soon as possible. Broken items will result in applicable fees depending on damage. Other things to note Potential noise possible- This is a 1st floor unit with full time tenants upstairs. It is expected to hear some general noise. We expect both units to be understanding and considerate when it comes to noise and behavior. We are also located on a main road with a school and distributing facility at the opposite end of the road so you should expect to hear vehicles like busses and trucks. AC unit available June 1st- October 1st Grill, pool table, outdoor dinning, fire pit and all outside furniture are usable from April 1st- November 1st.
