Three bedroom home with finished basement walking distance to Hudson Valley Community College. Home is close to everything but yet private. Large kitchen and living room. The space Located on a dead end street. Home has a separate entrance to basement. Front and back door. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and 2 closets. Bedroom #2 has a full size bed with a large closet. Bedroom #3 has a twin size bed with a attached 1/2 bath. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Guest access Front door up on deck is where lockbox is located, open to living area. Back door where patio is located opens to kitchen. Basement has its own entrance, located in front of home. Washer/Dryer, hanging rack/Iron/board located in basement, Home is not shared with others. Other things to note There is a bad review posted by a guest who was upset he did not get a full refund. The home is very safe, before my husband and I became hosts we were landlords and had a Property Management Company in place if home was not safe we could not rent property. Furthermore we even hosted a Home Inspection Class through Air BnB.
