Fish from the deck, kayak around the lake, or sit by the fire pit! - 20 mins to Mt Sunapee, Pats Peak, and Crotched Mountain. 12 mins to the historic capital city of Concord! (Extra guest fees/pet fees do apply). The space This is an old cottage with 4 small bedrooms. Most of the cottage has been updated to include: new foundation, a new wrap around deck, new kitchen with all new appliances (stove/fridge/microwave/dishwasher), new water well, new heating/cooling system, new bathroom, all bedrooms have all new beds, two are mechanically adjustable. The kitchen and the shower are seperate rooms both floors have a slight slant from the original structure. There are three new flat screen televisions all of which are smart t.v.'s with full wi-fi access. Outside there is a fire pit, a grill, and 2 new swim out docks (one w/ diving board). There is also a two person kayak, a canoe, and a small boat w/ an electric motor- all opened for guests to use for free!. (Extra guest/pet fees do apply) Guest access The entire interior and exterior incuding the beach front and the swim out 'Bote' docke with two chairs and cooler are fully accessible to guests. Other things to note There is one room that is currently under construction and off limits. This room is located on the back porch and has a red door with a posted sign not to enter. Thank you.
