The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, TV, and has an attached full bath with tub and shower combination and access to the furnished balcony. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds, and there is also a full guest bath in the hall. The sleeper sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen-size bed, perfectly accommodating 2 additional guests. The large furnished balcony with seating for four and views of the pools and Tybee Lighthouse. Extra amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, community pools, private beach access, and more. Two reserved, covered parking spaces available. This vacation home is located on the second floor, guests must use stairs, as there is no elevator in this building. Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel. Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park. Winter Monthly Rentals Available for any open 30+ day rental period between Nov. 2020 and Feb. 2021 for $1,500 monthly. Rates can vary depending on month and length of stay. Utilities are included, with a monthly electrical maximum. Additional rental fees total $425. Additional taxes and refundable security deposit required, and vary depending on the length of stay.
