You'll be charmed by our cozy vintage cottage, with interior woodwork created by local artisans. We are in our 13th season of hosting guests from around the US and Europe. Right on the water, you can enjoy panoramic views and beautiful sunsets on the spacious deck, or in one of two Florida rooms. We offer public water and sanitation, a big plus over cottages with filtered lake water and septic systems. Nearby is the town of Penn Yan, with groceries, laundry, restaurants, and every amenity you'll need. And you're in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country, and a short drive from dozens of wineries and craft breweries, offering world class vintages and delicious food. You're also close to a marina, a beautiful lakeside public park, golf, and much more. You're also close to the charming towns of Hammondsport and Watkins Glen, NY, both of which won "Coolest Small Towns in America" designation in travel publications. The cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably, with one of the 3-season Florida rooms doubling as a third bedroom. We also welcome up to two pets. You're going to love it here!
