Village West #16 is a beautiful Oceanview 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with a ground-floor bonus room and exquisite ocean views! Each bedroom has a queen bed for a total bed count of two queens. Amenities: Private Elevator, 1 Smart TV; Interior Washer/Dryer; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher. Fireplace is NOT available for use at any time. The up-and-coming Village West Community boasts multiple amenities and a location close to shops and restaurants! Community Amenities: Note: Bluewater Cannot Guarantee Complex/Community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay • Community Pool and Outside Showers Bathhouse (typically open late May - late October weather permitting) • Grilling Area • Beach Access Walkway • Community Wi-Fi • Designated Parking (2 car limit) Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds).
