Nestled on more than an acre of land, surrounded by lush gardens, old gum trees and abundance of native wildlife, Parvatii offers privacy and seclusion for those seeking an escape from the demands of everyday life. Conveniently close to Adelaide CBD, Stirling, Hahndorf, award winning wineries, quality cafes, enchanting trails, mountain reserves & in heart of nature We proudly share with you our much loved home that offered us the lifestyle we always dreamt of and spent some of the most joyful days of our life! Work, play and live the Adelaide hills lifestyle. It's our beloved home 🏡 we have decided to temporarily share with the world to experience a lifestyle where you are in with Mother Nature and still so closed to modern amenities. Every room is a unique and picturesque space. Relax and take in the hills vistas from every room in the home due to extensive use of glass. ***BEDROOM 1*** Upstairs is the Master suite with a Queen bed with Koala mattress, balcony, walk-in robe and sparkling ensuite bathroom. ***BEDROOMS 2 and 3 *** Lower floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen bed with koala mattress and another with a Double bed with a shared balcony. These bedrooms are serviced by a full bathroom on the same floor with an indulgent bath with garden views. All the beds have linen supplied, with pillows, sheets, quilts & quilt cover and blanket to keep you nice and warm at night- Extra Linen can be hired for a fee. Please check during the booking. ***Office Space & Laundry*** Two office spaces - one located at the ground level with large windows overlooking the backyard and small retreat area. The other situated on the lower floor as a private office with a door, with a comfortable chair and a desk. The same floor has a laundry with a brand new washing machine and a sink. ***Kitchen*** Situation on the ground floor is the immaculate modern kitchen overlooking the family living area, seamlessly flowing to the outdoor entertaining deck. Fully equipped with a Smeg induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, French door fridge, cutlery, cookware and all the essentials you will need for your stay. ***Living Area*** The ground floor has two living areas - one adjacent the Kitchen and other other larger open living and dining. Reconnect with nature, relax and enjoy your time overlooking the garden and the serene gum tree valley with beautiful mountain views. ***Garden and Deck*** Multiple undercover balcony spaces for you to enjoy nature and the hills lifestyle. Have a walk in garden or spend time siting on a bench outside reading your favorite book or why not pick some olives in season with the property fenced around by olive trees. There is an undercover patio/balcony with outdoor sitting. Kindly bring your own firewood should you wish to use the combustion fireplace. You can easily purchase a bag of firewood from the service station or buy it at a Stirling or Hahndorf or Mt Barker woodyard. We prioritize sustainability and environmental responsibility. Your support in conserving energy and recycling during your stay is greatly appreciated. Kindly ensure lights, AC, and appliances are switched off when not in use. Please use the labeled bins for proper recycling. No Parties or Loud Music: Parties with loud music are strictly prohibited 🚫 as the property is located in a residential area. Security cameras are on-site for monitoring. We kindly ask our guests to turn down the music and keep noise levels low by 10:00 PM. If any parties are found taking place on the property, a $500 cleaning fee and a $1,000 penalty will be deducted from your deposit, and immediate eviction will follow. 2. Noise Complaints: Any noise complaints from our neighbors after 10:00 PM will result in an additional $1,000 penalty being deducted from your deposit All the property is accessible except the shed next to the carport and the storage cupboard on the lower floor below the stairs. You will have complete privacy during your stay, however our local Co-Host Lucinda is nearby should you need anything at all and is very happy to assist you with any queries, concerns or local recommendations. ***Just around the corner from the home*** To soak up some of the city views Adelaide region has to offer, head to Mount Osmond Reserve which is 5-minute drive. It has some wonderful and famous walking trails for leisure and fitness. A 3-minute drive will take you to Mount Osmond Golf club - perfect spot for Golfers or just Visit the Golf club for its Restaurant and Cafe. A 10 minute drive will take you to Clealand National Park and Waterfall Gully reserves. A short-drive will take you some of the best spots in Adelaide Hills like Mount Lofty Summit and Restaurant, Mount Lofty Botanic Garden, Stirling, famous Hahndorf, with top-notch cafes and restaurants serving you some of the best local produce Adelaide can offer. 20 minutes’ drive other way will take you to Adelaide CBD and the famous Adelaide Central Market! Less than 40 minute drive will take you to the Adelaide Airport, Henley and Glenelg beaches. The property is best accessed via car, as the closest public transport (Bus Stop 16) is an extremely steep 2km walk. The easiest way to get to the home is via the South Eastern Freeway. The Mount Osmond exit is a 2 minute drive from the start of the freeway, then it's only a further 3 minute drive to get to the property. Although the drive is short, the scenery is absolutely spectacular. It's a winding road and you do need to drive with caution and not get distracted by the amazing views. On arrival at the property, the driveway is easy to navigate and there is an undercover carport. 3 cars can easily fit in the driveway, and there is additional parking available at various intervals along the road. An Uber from Adelaide CBD should be approx. $20-30AUD The property is located up the hill on a valley facing south-east. Days when the wind picks up from the south-east, it can get quite windy, so it is important to keep the doors and windows tightly closed. Note that the garden pathways and stairs can become slippery during and after rain. Always wear protective footwear and fully covered clothing when in garden and outside. Please note that the property is surrounded and often visited by native wildlife including but not limited to animals, birds, insects etc. that are harmless if left alone. As a guest, please be mindful of their presence and aware of your surroundings when outside. Do not leave food or food remains in the outside areas as it will attract animals specially possums during the night. If you would like to, feel free to feed the birds, the seeds placed in the patio area. Do not feed the birds anything other than the seeds. There is seeds Jar on the outdoor setting and only feed a small amount.
