Close to restaurants, 7 Seas Beach, Walking distance to Bio Bay, Water Taxi to east coast cays, 15 minutes from El Yunque Rainforest and Luquillo Beach. There is a BBQ in the terrace available. Owner has a boat that guesses can charter for all inclusive trips to Culebra or Vieques. Guest access Ample terrace and yard. Other things to note There are few dogs (2) that lives in the premises (on the street) and two lovely cats. Although the bedroom window faces the terrace you may still hear once in a while the roosters singing in the morning.
