Guest access Guests have full keyless, access and complete privacy inside the home. Instructions for access will be communicated to each guest prior to arrival. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure. Other things to note - PETS We love fur babies, however pets are NOT ALLOWED so that we may provide an allergy free and very clean environment for all our guests! -LINENS Extra sheets, pillows and blankets are provided. -OTHER THINGS TO NOTE No Parties allowed, please. If it is discovered you are having a party you will be forced to leave and not refunded. Parking: Parking is available on the driveway. If necessary, free street parking in front of the house is also allowed. Please be mindful not to park in front of neighbor’s driveways. There is a 2 car garage. Sound: -You are welcome to come and go at all hours, but please be courteous to our neighbors. Smoking: Please no smoking of any kind inside the house. Outside is fine just please pick up any cigarette butts and dispose of them safely. Please don’t allow smoke to enter open doors/windows. Underage drinking: No one under the legal drinking age of 21 is allowed to consume alcohol on the premises. RING Doorbell and security cameras on exterior of property. House comes equipped with top of the line ADT security system for your comfort. Two adult bicycles with helmets are available for use. Guests are encouraged to use helmets while enjoying the bikes and assume all risk of use. *Lawn Maintenance is bi-weekly but varies with weather. Pest control is also regularly scheduled. Neither company will enter the home but they will have access to the yard to complete the services.
