Aquidneck Island Family Vacation Getaway

Our 3 BR / 2 Bath home is located just minutes from all the Island Beaches, Historic Cliff Walk, Downtown Newport, RI and many other local attractions. This house is focused on family vacations, and all around good enjoyment of life people. This is not a "party" group house as we have cottage guests as well. We don’t mind if you are here to enjoy yourselves, which we encourage, but we believe our neighbors should enjoy your vacation as much as you do. Thank you. The space Tons of natural light and a perfect setting for your island getaway. Amenities include a smart HD TV-streaming, WiFi, AC's in each bedroom & living room, a full kitchen and outside dining. The yard has beautiful gardens and lined with tall cedars giving you a "wilderness" feeling. First floor includes a spacious Bedroom with King Bed, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Full Bathroom (bathtub) and outside patio. The second floor includes 2 more spacious Bedrooms, one with a Queen and Single Bed, while the second includes Full and Single bed, There is also a full bathroom on the 2nd floor with bathtub. Guest access Onsite Parking allows for 3 cars. Middletown is just what the name indicates...the Middle of the Island so everything is very accessible from the house. There are nearby back roads that are great for walking/jogging, cycling and adventure. Just 2 minutes away, a public school and playing fields/basketball/tennis courts allow for outdoor activity.
