Home is 4 miles from a supermarket, and 6 miles from Wal-Mart and other shopping centers and restaurants... its is close enough to town to enjoy shopping and eating out, but far enough to be away from all the noise and traffic town brings. The entire property sits on a 1/2 acre, is fenced with a 6 foot block fence. The backyard includes a pool house and a rustic patio bar with 1.5 bath, bar-b-que pit, 35 ft long pool(3ft-6ft deep). Also includes a fire pit area and a pergola for you to enjoy. Guest access Guests will have access to every room in the house including the pool house. They can bring an air mattress and use the pool house as living quarters as well. Other things to note For your security we do have Cameras all around the outdoor area of the house. Also please do not park your vehicles on grass area.
