With a cozy bedroom on ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor along with a well-equipped kitchen, and two living rooms, every element is curated for mindful living. Experience serenity at Chilla. The space On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom complete with an attached bathroom for ultimate privacy and comfort. Our well-appointed kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity, while two inviting living rooms offer spaces for relaxation and socializing. Three bedrooms and a home office area are on the first floor. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. Please note that this house has 4 bedrooms which can accommodate upto 3 people in each room, while 2 is the ideal number in each room. Guest access The entire house is in a gated community with a parking space for upto 4 cars. Please note there is no street parking available as it blocks the road access for the neighborhood. Other things to note Please note, this property is strictly off limits for loud music and partying. We have certain restrictions for large floating crowd and events here. Also commercial photography is not allowed in the premises. However, we do encourage small get-together among friends and family. Please be responsible and respectful towards the property and the neighborhood.
