Location and 5 star lodging - This villa is the perfect vacation home. Upon entering, you will immediately notice the simple, modern decor. Soft gray walls and a tile floor create a clean space. The wall of windows and cathedral ceilings fill the room with brightness. Furnishings in shades of blue compliment the wall coloring. The wall mounted HDTV/DVD is viewable from anywhere in the living area. The kitchen features gray custom cabinetry, white granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the conveniences of home. There is counter seating for 3. The master bedroom has a king bed. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement. For monthly rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
