While the months of August, September and October often bring us beautiful blue skies and warm breezes, it’s also the time when Mother Nature can be a bit unpredictable. 🌦️ You might experience days filled with sunshine or get treated to some scattered rain showers (perfect for a cozy afternoon in your suite). There’s also the possibility of a tropical wave or, on rare occasions, even a hurricane trying to crash the party. 🌪️ While we always hope for the best, we like to be prepared for anything. That's why we strongly recommend getting travel insurance for your trip. With travel insurance, you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind, knowing you’re covered no matter what the weather decides to do. However, if a storm somewhere else impacts your travel, we won’t be able to provide a refund—so if you’re flying from or through areas that might be hit by snowstorms, windstorms, or any other weather adventures, trip insurance is definitely the way to go. If you’re already on-island and a named storm decides to drop by, we will do our best to keep you fully informed and will close your hurricane shutters for you.
