Guest access Guests have full access to Casita A and shared access to all property amenities, including: -Gated, Lighted Fishing Pier (shared only with our guests across 6 units) -Outdoor common areas -Free on-site parking (up to 4 vehicles comfortably) A unique access code will be provided prior to check-in. 🔒 For security and property protection, we require a valid government-issued ID from the primary guest (person making the reservation) before releasing check-in instructions. Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 11 AM Other things to note To help you have a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review the following: -Groceries & dining: This is a quiet coastal area. The nearest restaurant is the Indianola Fishing Marina, 4 miles away. Other dining and grocery options are 30 minutes away. We recommend bringing what you need for your stay. -Drinking water: The property uses well water. While it is suitable for showering, we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking and cooking. -Beach conditions: Our beach is natural and shelly—water shoes are highly recommended for comfort. -Coastal environment: Expect typical coastal conditions such as mosquitos and strong sun. Bringing insect repellent and sunblock is recommended. -Fishing: Guests must bring their own fishing gear and have a valid fishing license. We do not provide fishing equipment. -Boats & recreational equipment: There is ample space for boats, Golf Carts, bikes, and similar equipment. Please note there are no nearby rental locations for these items. We have 4- one person kayak that are available to our guests at no cost, first come - first served. -Security: For the safety of our guests and property, exterior cameras are installed at entrance points and around the property. These monitor compliance with reservation details (guest count, pets, etc.). Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or removal from the property without refund. -Fishing pier: Our lighted pier includes seating, a work table, water hose, and rod holders and is shared among guests staying at the 6 units on the property. We ask all guests to be respectful and courteous when sharing the space. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in loss of pier access. ⚠️ Four-wheelers are not allowed on the beach and may result in fines.
