Comfy 3 bedroom, dog-friendly home, with a pool

You will feel like this is your home away from home. This 3 bedroom home has comfortable beds and a great above ground, saltwater pool in the fenced-in backyard. Bring your kids and your dog. This home is centrally located, close to I-40, UNCW, the airport, downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The pool is closed from Labor Day until the beginning of May. The space Our home offers a comfortable setting for you to enjoy your time in Wilmington wheather it be for vacation or business. All exterior doors have just one small threshold to step over to get into the house and no steps inside the house. Throughout the main living spaces and bedrooms is LVP flooring. We have tried to think through everything you would need during your stay and have tried to provide most things to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Living Room: In the living room there is a large sectional sofa and two other chairs to provide seating for everyone. Throw blankets and lots of pillows make it a comfy place to hangout in the evening. TVs/Internet: All the TVs in the house have Roku devices and you are welcome to log in to any of your subscription channels during your stay. We also have live TV through the Spectrum app that has access to 155+ channels. There is a large TV in the living room with a DVD/Blueray player as well as a selection of DVDs to watch. Each bedroom has its own TV as well. The Ultra high speed internet is very reliable and can support multiple devices. Kitchen: The kitchen area is fully stocked with all the supplies you need to prepare your meals. There is a side-by-side fridge that has ice and water in the door and we change the filter as recomended. We have spices, olive oil, cooking spray as well as some condiments in the fridge that you are welcome to use. Right off the kitchen is access to the gas grill. In the kitchen there is a standard coffee pot as well as a Keurig. We keep coffee stocked as well as a few Keurig cups to try. The table offers seating for 6 and is a perfect gathering space for meals, conversations, and games but if the weather is nice you might choose to sit on the back patio with seating for 6. Backyard: The backyard is fully fenced in with an above ground, saltwater pool. The pool is available for your use May thru the beginning of September. We know that there are random warm days in the typically cold months, but it is difficult for us to keep the pool cleaned and balanced, so we drain or cover the pool during the colder months. We do ask that children and dogs are not left alone in the backyard because of the pool. Dogs are not allowed in the pool at all as their fur will clog the pump and nails could rip the liner. Additionally, if you are bringing a small dog you may want to inspect the fence to see if there are any areas they could get out of. Primary Bedroom: There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom with lots of drawer space for your clothing. Nightstands and lamps are on both sides of the bed. There is a large closet in the bedroom for you to store all your belongings during your stay. We do keep a twin size mattress and sheets in that closet that can be taken out and laid on the floor for children or an additional guest. The primary ensuite has a large vanity area as well as toilet and walk-in shower. Guest Bedrooms: There are 2 other bedrooms both with queen size beds, dressers, TVs and nightstands with lamps. All closets have extra pillows and warm blankets. Laundry Room: You will have access to the washer and dryer during your stay. We will leave a couple laundry pods We do ask that you don't wash the white linens in the house with any colored clothes to help keep the whites white. Other items in the house: There is an ironing board and iron as well as a pack n play and highchair. In the hallway closet there are many types of games and books you are welcome to use during your stay. Guest access We offer keyless entry. You will be provided your code prior to your stay. You will have access to the whole home and fenced-in backyard. There is plenty of on-site parking. Other things to note We are dog friendly! There is a $75 pet fee if you bring your dog. We do ask that if they tend to chew/scratch/have accidents when left alone that they are crated when at the house alone. There is no breed or weight restriction, just ask that they are friendly. Two dogs max. Contrary to the pictures, there is no longer carpet in the bedrooms. They were replaced with LVP in Spring 2025. There is a security camera pointing towards the driveway. This is used mostly when there are no guests at our home for safety purposes.
