Beautiful and meticulously maintained custom beach house located in Ocean Lakes Family Campground-site U11. This 5 bedroom 3.5 bath is located on a quiet street in Ocean Lakes. Easily accessible to all Ocean Lakes has to offer! This home is exceptionally comfortable and clean...perfect for any family to enjoy an amazing vacation!!! NO PETS ALLOWED $500 refundable damage deposit is required to be send tot he homeowners after signing rental agreement. The space This beautiful home has five bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with a king size bed and ens Suite with a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet. You can also access the large wraparound deck from the primary suite. Also, on the main floor is a large family room, fully equipped, kitchen, half bath, washer, and dryer. Second floor has four bedrooms and two baths. Another king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is access to the upper deck from two of the queen bedroom. Outdoor shower is located under the stairs, leaning up to the living, quarters, which is perfect to rinse off your same details. Linens are provided and we offer free Wi-Fi. We do not allow smoking or pets! Parking passes are $15 per night per vehicle. Express passes are offered if purchased 14 days prior to arrival and will be offered a discount of three dollars per night per vehicle. These will be mailed directly to you to avoid stopping at front office on day of arrival. We allow up to four vehicles and do not offer a golf cart, but Ocean Lakes always has plenty available for rent. Guest must be a minimum of 25 years of age To Rent, and Ocean Lakes and primary renter must be at property for duration of stay. All Ocean Lakes rules and policies apply! Partying will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of neighbors. Linens provided : All bed linens, 24 bath towels, 24 washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bath mats. There will be initial rolls of toilet paper and paper towels that you are responsible for provisioning for the week. ** motorcycles are not permitted to ride through Ocean Lakes. Door code will be messaged the day of arrival as soon as the home is completely prepared for you 🏖️ Other things to note $500 refundable damage deposit is required with every reservation and will be collected after rental agreement has been accepted and signed. This deposit is refunded the week after departure as long as no damage or violations have occurred.
