Private bed & bath in Hilliard

It is a 4Bed/2Bath split-level house in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to restaurants, grocery stores, a park for walking/running/biking, with quick access to highway and within short driving distance downtown. I have rented the room throughout the year to students for audition/sub-I rotations and interviews. It is only 10 minutes to Doctors Hospital, 15 minutes to Grant Medical Center and Nationwide Children's, 20 minutes to Riverside Methodist Hospital and OSU. The space You'll have a private bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. It is an east-facing room with a closet, desk and chair, and queen bed. Newer carpet and paint. I provide basic necessities (clean linens & towels, shampoo & conditioner, kitchenware). Guest access Wifi, space in fridge/freezer and pantry, common areas including living and dining rooms, outside patio, washer/dryer for longer stays. During your stay I will greet you during check-in and give you a tour and keys, otherwise amount of interaction is up to you. Other things to note No pets and non-smoking guests only. House rules: no outside shoes allowed inside the house and please eat in the kitchen/dining room only.
