This cozy house is Ideal for big families or small groups. It is economical, central & in a nice neighborhood. It is located in West Houston close to many nearby shopping plazas, a water park, restaurants &entertainment spots. The Houston Medical Center & Ivy League Rice University is abt a 25 minute drive in normal traffic, Hobby Airport is abt a 35 minute drive, Bush Int'l Airport is about 30 mins in normal traffic; NASA Space Center Houston is a 35 minute drive. Free WIFI, Netflix & Parking. Our home is well kept, has 5 bedrooms with 5 beds and can accommodate at least 8 people, and 3 full bathrooms. This is a clean, spacious house in a safe & quiet neighborhood. We decided to host a maximum of 8 people at a time with a minimum stay of a few nights or a maximum of a few weeks. We expect our guests to take good care of our home like they would their own, and for other guests needing a place to stay. We don't allow big gatherings, loud parties or anything that can disrupt quietness in the neighborhood. Our area is very safe. No parking in the garage, the garage is off limit for the guest(s), however there is a long driveway for parking for several vehicles if you are doing a multi family/friends stay or a small group stay. This address is not to receive any type of mail in our mailbox. No electric vehicle charging allowed at the property, to avoid additional charges from the host. Except for the garage, and no access to the mailbox. I am usually available to guest once they have booked a stay, whether it is a stay for a few nights or for weeks. My guests will be the only ones on the property, however I'm a phone call or a message away should they need anything; unless I am out of town then someone else will be taking my calls and/or messages should there be any. This property is not for guests to receive personal mail there, it has a lockable mailbox, and there will be no access to mail while staying. No garage parking, but there is a driveway for several cars. No oversized vehicles allowed such as super large trucks, tractors, 18 wheelers, semi, large commercial vehicles, etc. Regular vehicles are allowed. No electric vehicle charging allowed. I charge $30 extra per person per night. If there are any city/neighborhood violation such as parking, loud noise neighbor complains to the city, I charge $1000 extra, typical with parties and being too loud in a quiet neighborhood. Being in the West Houston area you will have easy access to the city of Houston with lots of entertainment and excitement at any given time. This is a 5 bedroom with 3 full bathrooms. The property is located just i10 and Greenhouse Road. The beds have high end mattresses and they sleep well. We have fast free Wi-Fi, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for cooking at home if you chose to do so; just bring the groceries. Trash collection is on Wednesday and Saturday mornings weekly, simply put out the trash container that is in the back yard the night before, and your trash will be empty so that you have a empty trash container for longer staying guests. There is a big screen TV with Netflix access included. There are also quiet areas upstairs if you want to work on your laptop or if you just want some quiet time alone. No parties allowed. Please follow the number of maximum guests allowed avoid additional fees. The garage is off limit to guests, and is not apart of the rental space. No electric vehicle charging allowed at the property to avoid extra fees being collected. This address is not for personal mail; no mail delivery allowed. Oversized vehicles are not allowed to park in the neighborhood. Quiet time is midnight. Our home is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood that is about 5 minutes away from I-10 freeway with no traffic. There are national chain fastfood and sit down restaurants nearby, shopping plazas, nightclubs, the galleria mall among other malls in the city, a waterpark within 20 minutes off i10 in west houston, the Space Center Houston is on the outskirt of the city in clearlake area, downtown Houston is about 20-25min in non rush hour drive. The driveway can accommodate about 4-5 regularsize vehicles. There is enough parking for multiple guests staying on a group/familyvacation together which is the ideal use for this home. As you pull up to this home it has curb appeal and is a beautiful home that is just several years old at the time of this description, they had been lived in for a short amount of time before the host needed to upgrade to another home for personal reasons. Regardless, as our guests you will be visiting a comfortable, spacious, clean home that is meant to feel like home away from home for most. You will enjoy! There is a big backyard, lots of space in the house, and a long driveway for up to about 5 to 6 vehicles incase ample parking is needed. The house is just over 2600 square feet, with 5 bedrooms & 3 full size bathrooms each with a toilet & shower. The master bedroom which is upstairs has it's own private bathroom, the 3 smaller rooms upstairs share the 1 bathroom, while the only bedroom downstairs has a bathroom ajoined to it almost just like the master bedroom with it's own private bathroom. 4 bedrooms are upstairs along with a game room, and 1 bedroom is down stairs. So lots of space for 8 individuals for a small group stay.
