Guest access Please park on our large driveway inside our private gate. Please do not park outside our gate or in front of a neighbor's home. Thank you! For every reservation, regardless of the length of stay, we only be responsible to provide a start pack for the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, towels, etc. Anything extra will have to be shouldered or provided by the guest. Other things to note For groups with more than 10 guests, there is an additional guest fee of $50/person/night (this does not apply to infants/toddlers). The cleaning fee pays for a third-party professional housekeeping company to turn our home and a third-party professional dry cleaning company to clean any sheets and towels! At least two cleaners come onsite for every clean, they scrub, vacuum, mop, replace all the sheets and towels in the entire home, and more! A list of cleaning services performed by the company can be supplied at your request. The jet skis, boat, and docking equipment are off limits and do not come with a reservation. Guests may rent watercraft from a nearby establishment. Guests are not allowed to dock at our dock. You are welcome to fish off of the dock but will need to bring your own supplies. The pool deck is very slippery when wet, please use caution. No diving, no running, no glass in the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times and you are responsible for ensuring their safety. The occupancy limit of our home is 12 guests. We cannot host more than 12 guests in our home at any one time due to city occupancy regulation. We do not host parties, events, shindigs, or related occasions. We have a security camera at the front door, back door, and overlooking the pool equipment. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property inside or outside. **Important** Please make your reservation for the number of guests in your group. We do our best to provide a number of items onsite to enhance guests' stay such as a bath towel for every guest accounted for in the reservation, hand towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoos, soaps and toothpastes.
