There is absolutely no smoking allowed whatsoever. There are detectors in the house that monitor smoking and there is going to be a $250 charge for smoking in the house. Please keep the front gate and front door locked at all times Please Do Not use towels to clean make up or as floor rags. There will be additional charges in case of violation. No additional people who are not part of the initial booking are allowed to spend the night in the house.
