The space Our home is recently upgraded and furnished with brand new furniture and appliances. The couches are all equipped with USB chargers. You will love the modern style inside almost as much as you’d love the outside pool and lounge area. Located in north Phoenix, this is the perfect gathering place for families, with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a work/entertainment room. Upon entering through the front door, you will find yourself in the living room with the open kitchen and dinning area. To the right is the hallway with two bedrooms and a full double sink bathroom. The last bedroom has a double pull out sofa. The master bedroom is located next to the hall. You will enjoy a separate 75” tv located in the master bedroom. NOTE: Early checkin- if you need an early check-in, I will accommodate you as much as possible. Please do not change the checkin times in your booking request with light checking with the host first. Our home is a NON smoking property for the safety and health of all of our guests. For the purposes of maintaining the peace and tranquility of my guests, I am unable to host events/gatherings/weddings. The home is to be used by registered guests only. If you have visitors please make arrangements with the host prior to your stay. We have a zero tolerance policy for party and events.
