LED lights simulate ocean waves. A zen robot creates sand art. The space Enjoy Luxury and Convenience. I call my home Sevilla because it has an ocean themed decor. SeaVilla has many luxury comforts you won't even find in high-end hotels. With 3.5 Bathrooms (including 4 showers, 3 tubs, 4 toilets, and 5 sinks), the space is ideal for any size group. The large, open living space has seating for up to 26 people. Two on-demand water heaters provide a continuous flow of hot water. Large groups will have plenty of hot water for each person. A maximum of 20 people can be accommodated for sleeping. There are 9 beds (4 beds and 5 futon sofa beds), each large enough for 2 people. A full-size air mattress can be added to a bedroom upon request. Airbnb only lets you reserve space for 16 people. If your group has more than 16 people, please send us a message to let us know the total number of people in your group when making your reservation. There is a modest nightly additional guest fee based on the total number of guests. All showers have a showerhead that offers several types of sprays, from a steady stream to pulsating massage streams. The master bath is like having a private spa. The two-person jetted air tub has 122 air jets that produce thousands of heated bubbles to massage your body. Above the air tub are three rainfall shower heads that produce 792 streams of water to caress you. A fourth showerhead located on the center wall is ideal for taking showers. There is also a shower wand near the tub deck for hand-held bathing. A shower curtain offers privacy. The master bath has an additional separate shower with 6 wall shower jets to massage your body while taking a shower. This shower also has a steamer controller you can turn on to make the shower become a steam room. The frosted glass shower door offers privacy. The master bath allows 2 people to shower or bathe in separate areas at the same time while offering privacy to both people. A double vanity sink has ample counter space. The large mirror is well lit. There is a magnifying make-up mirror and a bidet toilet. Each bedroom has an adjustable bed. This lets you raise the head or the foot of your bed to your perfect sleeping position. The king and queen beds also offer vibrating massages. All bedrooms have nightstands with built-in electrical outlets, lamps, and drawers. All bedrooms have mirrors. A full-size mirror is in the master bedroom. The kitchen has a full-size fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster/oven, reverse-osmosis water filter, and in-sink disposal. Numerous appliances are provided including: a hot plate, electric skillet, electric griddle, rice maker, waffle maker, coffee and tea makers. There there are also many utensils, pots and pans, glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware to help you enjoy your meal. High-quality furniture, comfortable beds, and beautiful decor make SeaVilla a hidden gem. Soundproofing in the ceilings, walls, and doors, helps the space be quiet and peaceful. SeaVilla is on the basement level of my home. It has a private entrance. The space has 9-foot ceilings and many windows with natural light. All of the water is purified by a whole-house water filter. Some people notice that purified water improves their skin and their hair. Purified water also is healthier when bathing because you're not breathing in chlorine while using showers or steam rooms. A faucette in the kitchenette provides reverse osmosis filtered drinking water. Dimmer switches let you choose your ideal light levels throughout the space. The bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans. We use hypoallergenic cleaning supplies, and the air is cleaned with a HEPA air purifier. This is considered to be one of the best neighborhoods in Denver. It is a quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes and large trees. Restaurants and grocery stores are a few blocks from my home. Several churches are nearby, and a public library is three blocks away. City Park, the largest park in Denver, is two blocks from my home. That park has thousands of trees, lakes, ponds, trails, boats, fountains, tennis courts, playground equipment, and picnic tables. City Park has free concerts in the summer and farmers' markets in the late spring through fall. A science museum, zoo, and golf course are also located at City Park. The Carla Madison Recreation Center is Denver's largest public recreation center and is 1.6 miles away. It has an indoor pool with water slides, exercise equipment, an indoor track, a climbing wall, and basketball courts. SeaVilla is near several hospitals: - National Jewish Health, seven blocks away - Rose Medical Center, 1.4 miles - Saint Joseph Hospital, 2 miles - Saint Luke Medical Center, 2.1 miles - Kindred Hospital, 2.1 miles - Anschutz Medical Campus, 5.3 miles There is plenty of free parking. The street by my home usually has parking space for at least 5 cars. You are welcome to park on my driveway while unloading or loading your vehicle. There are many transportation options. Enterprise car rental is 5 blocks away. A bus stop is two blocks from my home. The bus can take you to a train station about two miles away that connects to the airport, downtown, or the suburbs. SeaVilla's central location is great for Uber or Lyft rides. My Airbnb is in a space that was remodeled and finished in 2024. The small backyard has a cement sidewalk and patio. The yard is currently an area of dirt and some natural ground cover. I will be planting a lawn in the spring of 2026 Guest access There is an exterior staircase that takes you to the basement-level entrance of my home. Your space is private (I live on the floors above the basement). The entrance door has a smart lock and you will be given an access code to unlock the door. Other things to note Luggage storage service may be available for an additional fee (this service lets you store your luggage prior to check in or after checkout). Also, early check-ins or late checkouts may be available for an additional fee. If you are interested in these options, please ask for details. I sometimes offer other configurations of my place with different numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms. I only rent the place to one group at a time, so when one configuration is rented, the other configurations become unavailable. The space you rent will be private to your group. The configuration with 4 bedrooms is available to reserve several months out. Configurations with fewer bedrooms may be offered a few weeks out if the 4-bedroom configuration has not been reserved.
