Property is a multi family home. 2 dogs max under 50lbs. No cats allowed. Guest with pets are accepted and rejected at host discretion. The space There is a 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor outside of the 2 bedroom unit door with a smartlock on it available if needed for $15 a day more. Inquire if needed. 3rd Bedroom has 2 twin beds only. Guest access Laundry room is shared between both units. Room outside of 1st floor unit is not included with listing. Other things to note Property is located in a wooded area. Please come during daytime hours for the first day of your stay so you don't have trouble finding the unit. Thanks
