This Cozy Cabin is the perfect place to getaway! Set on 80 Acres of beautiful grasslands & woods with trails to explore! Close to NY & VT Hiking/Ski Mountains & SPAC. Only 30 mins to Saratoga Springs Race Track & Lake George! Bring your snowshoes in the Winter to explore the 80 acre property. Queen size bed upstairs & a pullout full size bed in the living room. Reconnect with nature with a good forest bath! Well water not potable & has a sulfur smell due to the clay. Drinking water provided. The space This cozy cottage is solar powered & has a ductless mini-split to heat and cool the cottage to your exact needs. It also has a wood-stove to stay extra toasty & comfortable on those cold NY nights!(Firewood is not provided, and the ductless heater is all you will need to heat the cottage) Get back to the basics and let your troubles melt away in this cozy home! The well water has a sulfur smell due to the natural clay ground. Reverse osmosis filtration system provided for filtered drinking water. This home offers an acoustic piano a full drum set, guitars and many other instruments for you to enjoy. The cottage also has a tv with Roku tv that is connected to wifi and a stereo system with a Bluetooth transmitter if you wish to listen to music. Guest access You will have access to the fire pit in the common area as well as access to the pavilion which has a TV and wifi and a grill. There is also a swimming pond, gardens in the summer and year round access to the 80 acre property. 50 acres of woods for Forrest bathing! Go for a relaxing walk in the woods to clear your mind and focus your energy. Guests are allowed to use the acoustic piano, drum set and guitars. Access and info to local hiking trails and mountains provided if you wish.
