Guest access We have high end technology for your entrance to both the building and the apartment so your entrance is totally autonomous. In the main entrance we have a high security digital lock as well to enter the apartment. We also love to welcome our guests in person so if I or our cleaning lady is there we are happy to guide you also in everything you may need. We are located in the primest location of Laureles which is one of the best areas in the city. You can find the best restaurants, bars and supermakets of the city walking distance in Avenida Jardín. Laureles is loved by our guests as it´s very quiet and also very easy to walk. You can park for free outside the building or in private parking spaces close to the building.
