Totally renovated with 4 bedrooms, updated kitchen, updated bathrooms, huge game room/bar with pool table and a home theater with 85" TV (can also function as a 5th bedroom) The space Main Floor has living area, open kitchen/dining, 75” TV, half bath and screened deck. Upper level has Master #1 with private screened balcony and attached master bath. Also bedrooms #2 and #3 with Queen and King beds, respectively, with shared full bath at the end of the hall. Lower Basement level has Master #2 with King and 2 wall mounted folding bunks. Hallway door can be closed creating a private master suite with connected full bath. Lower level also has the laundry room with 2 stacked units, game room with bar, home theater, and hot tub room. Home theater can also act as 5th bedroom as its private and has a lockable door. Plenty of room for family activities and for kids to play. Airbnb automatically lists our property as 16+, but please be aware we are actually limited to 16. Other things to note Property is located just 1 mile from the Rumbling Bald Resort. Our guests can enjoy unlimited use of up to 12 guest passes for entry into the resort during your stay. Main pool and Cabana open weekends only in early May, then daily starting Memorial Day weekend. Back to weekends after Labor Lay until the end of September.
